Personalized Promotional Hats Party

Partying made my college life bearable, to say the least. Well, I had a good run. There were a lot of unusual parties that I was part of. One of them is when I attended a hat party. The event was for charity; being a very civic-minded person that I am (really), I went to the event. With hats as the theme, a great majority of the people there wore personalized promotional hats.

The designs were wicked. That was the first time I saw so many people wearing hats in one house. Some even wore personalized promotional beanies. It’s still a hat, so I guessed they were still in tune with the party theme.

There were a lot of people that night. I saw a lot of my classmates. A couple of teachers were also there. It was ok because the party was for a cause, and not just any other beer-ridden college event.

I never thought that I would still be surprised with hats, because I used to give them as company gifts to my lady friends in the office. My parents also sold them as bridal gifts in our shop downtown when I was a kid. In any case, it felt new that night.

It has been years now, and I still haven’t been to another party with a personalized promotional headgear theme. Maybe it’s a good idea to throw a party like that again. Maybe a picnic, since it will also be good for everybody, especially the kids.
